Yang Electric Technology: Han Tang Yunzhi Computer acquired 12.96% of company shares from Cheng Junming with the transfer registration completed.

Yang Electric Technology announced that Han Tang Cloud Intelligence reached an agreement to transfer and acquire a total of 25.523 million shares held by Cheng Junming. The transfer of the shares has been completed through the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, obtaining the "Confirmation of Securities Transfer Registration".
