Reporters have learned that Zeiss, a global leader in the field of optics and optoelectronics, has recently officially launched the construction of a comprehensive park for its Greater China headquarters in the Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. The new park will have a planned construction area of over 50,000 square meters, making it the largest single infrastructure investment in China for Zeiss to date. Fei Mingyuan, President and CEO of Zeiss Greater China, also stated that against the backdrop of the government's continued expansion of opening up and the continuous optimization of the business environment, Zeiss's business in China is experiencing rapid growth, and localization achievements are constantly being promoted. "At the beginning of the '14th Five-Year Plan', Zeiss Greater China Headquarters Comprehensive Park officially started construction.
