Efforts should be made to deepen the governance of express packaging at the source, coordinate with relevant departments to strengthen supervision of upstream e-commerce companies and merchants, fully mobilize all parties' enthusiasm, and accelerate the pace of green transformation. Industry standards for carbon emissions accounting methods in the postal industry should be formulated, carbon emissions accounting should be organized, and efforts should be made to reduce carbon emissions throughout the entire process.
