China Guoxin Group Co., Ltd. issued a solemn statement, stating that recently, China Guoxin discovered that some lawless individuals had impersonated employees of its subsidiary, Guoxin Securities Co., Ltd., and used channels such as WeChat to deceive investors into fraudulent activities by pretending to be a partner of Guoxin Venture Capital Fund Enterprise, using fake apps like "Guoxin Venture Capital," claiming high returns through "internal channels," creating a false impression of "successful increase in investment", and deceiving investors into so-called investments. In order to maintain the reputation of the company and its subsidiaries, and to prevent the public from suffering personal or property losses, the company hereby reminds everyone that Guoxin Securities, Guoxin Venture Capital, and other affiliated entities have never operated an app called "Guoxin Venture Capital." Any requests made in the name of Guoxin Securities or Guoxin Venture Capital to transfer funds to personal accounts or non-Guoxin Securities or Guoxin Venture Capital accounts are fraudulent activities. The company and its affiliated entities have no knowledge of or participation in any activities conducted by those lawless individuals in the name of Guoxin Securities or Guoxin Venture Capital. Such activities have no relationship with the company and its affiliated entities, and they do not bear any responsibility for such activities.
