EPS Health Technology proposes to acquire a 16.23% stake in China Gene for a price of HK$43 million.

EPS Health Technology announced that it plans to acquire 16.23% of the shares of China Gene at a price of 43 million Hong Kong dollars. After the transaction is completed, EPS Health Technology's investment in China Gene will be recognized as an investment in an associated company.
