Hongta Securities has completed the listing of some of their properties on the Beijing Property Rights Exchange.

On February 12th, Hongta Securities announced that the company held its third meeting of the eighth board of directors on August 27, 2025, and approved the proposal "Regarding the review of matters related to the disposal of the company's real estate transactions." The board agreed to dispose of some of the company's properties through the listing on the Property Rights Trading Center. Recently, the aforementioned properties have been successfully listed on the Beijing Property Rights Trading Exchange, with a total listing price of 263 million RMB.
