Beijing Bank: Chairman Huo Xuewen resigns due to retirement.

Beijing Bank announced that Chairman Huo Xuewen will step down due to reaching the retirement age, and submitted his resignation report on February 12, 2026. Mr. Huo Xuewen will continue to perform the duties of Chairman until Guan Wenjie qualifies for regulatory approval. Mr. Huo Xuewen will continue to serve on the Board of Directors and relevant committees.
