Cocreation Data announced that the company and/or its subsidiaries plan to purchase servers from multiple suppliers, with the total contract amount not expected to exceed 11 billion yuan, to provide cloud computing services for customers. This transaction does not constitute a major asset restructuring or related party transaction. On February 12, the eleventh meeting of the fourth board of directors of the company unanimously passed the proposal. The transaction amount exceeds 50% of the company's most recent audited net assets and total assets, and still requires shareholder approval. The ownership of the transaction target is clear, pricing is based on market prices, and funding comes from internal or self-raised funds.
