Shu Li Hotel: Home Inns plans to invest 281 million yuan to build a new hotel property project.

The announcement of GreenTree Hotels Group stated that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Home Inns Hotel Chain Co., Ltd., plans to invest in a new hotel property project with a total estimated investment of 281 million yuan. The funding for this project will be from Home Inns' own funds. The project is located at 1066 Lushen Avenue, Fenshui New District, Wujiang District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, with a planned total construction area of approximately 26,000 square meters. It mainly includes the construction of two new hotel properties, as well as decoration and related supporting projects. The project construction period is estimated to be 1 year and 2 months, with an anticipated start date of March 9, 2026. The expected internal rate of return is around 4%. Upon completion of the project investment, it will help to enhance the business scale and profitability of the company's mid-to-high-end hotels.
