Southeast Grid: Provide a guarantee of 110 million yuan to its subsidiary Chengdu Southeast.

The announcement of Southeast Grid on the Southeast Network stated that in order to meet the production and operation needs of its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Southeast, the company signed a "Maximum Amount Guarantee Contract" with the Chengdu branch of China Everbright Bank, providing a guarantee guaranteeing a maximum principal balance of 110 million yuan. The guarantee amount is within the approved range by the company's shareholders' meeting and does not require further approval. Chengdu Southeast's revenue from January to September 2025 was 389.41 million yuan, with a net loss of 48.1932 million yuan. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company's total effective external guarantee amount accumulated to 8.535 billion yuan, with an actual guarantee balance of 1.631 billion yuan, accounting for 25.09% of the audited net assets at the end of 2024.
