MTR: Train services on the Island Line are gradually returning to normal.

According to a report by Radio Television Hong Kong on February 11th, MTR Corporation stated that the object obstructing the tracks near Wan Chai station has been removed, and train services on Hong Kong Island line are gradually returning to normal. MTR also stated that they are further investigating the incident and will provide more information later.
