Haimuxing announced that from December 23, 2025 to February 10, 2026, the controlling shareholder Zhao Shengyu and the concerted action person Tai'an Haihe Henghui No. 2 Investment Partnership Enterprise collectively reduced their holdings by a total of 1,572,000 shares through centralized bidding and block trading. This resulted in the combined shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder and their concerted action person decreasing from 27.55% to 26.92%, reaching the 1% threshold. This reduction is part of the implementation of the reduction plan, does not trigger a tender offer, does not result in a change of control, does not affect the company's operations, and is currently still within the implementation period of the reduction plan.
