The Shanghai Airport announcement stated that the 30th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors approved a proposal to sign a "Pudong Airport T3 Terminal North Passenger Overnight Room Lease Contract" with the controlling shareholder Airport Group, leasing assets including the Pudong Airport Phase Four Hotel for approximately 585 million yuan. The project is expected to be completed in July 2027 and operational in 2028, with a 20-year lease term. In addition to regular related transactions, the company has had 2 transactions totaling 657 million yuan with the same related party in the past 12 months. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, does not constitute a major asset reorganization, and does not require approval from the shareholders' meeting.
