Bougainvillea: The sale of shares in the American company Arthrosi has taken effect.

Poinsettia Announcement: In December 2025, the company's joint venture company in the United States, Arthrosi, signed a merger agreement with Sobi USA. Sobi USA plans to acquire 100% of Arthrosi's equity with an initial payment of $950 million and up to $550 million in clinical, regulatory, and sales milestone payments. Recently, the company's subsidiary, Ruixing Biology, received the first installment of the acquisition payment of $119 million. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold any shares of Arthrosi.
