According to the official customer service, Robotaxi is an automatic driving taxi service platform provided by the Alipay travel channel, which currently aggregates automatic driving service providers such as Pony.ai, but has not been officially launched. The Robotaxi mini program operating area currently includes some areas of five cities: Guangzhou, Dongguan, Beijing, Wuhan, and Shenzhen, with more cities gradually being added.
