Huadong Cable announced that it recently signed a "Letter of Guarantee" with Mercuria, providing guarantees for the $20 million debts of Huatong International, Huatong International, and Huatong Angola within the estimated annual limit, without the need for further approval and without counter-guarantees. The company has increased the guarantee limit for its subsidiaries to not exceed 2.1 billion yuan in 2025, with a validity period of 12 months. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company has provided guarantees for its controlling subsidiaries totaling 3.081 billion yuan, accounting for 97.88% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees.
