Wang Yi will attend the first APEC Senior Officials' Meeting in 2026.

The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Wang Yi, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, will attend the opening ceremony of the first senior officials' meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation in 2026 in Guangzhou on February 10 and deliver a speech.
