According to the Qichacha APP, recently, HuaJin Semiconductor Packaging Leading Technology Research and Development Center Co., Ltd. underwent a change in business registration, with new shareholders including China Internet Investment Fund, and registered capital increased to 721 million yuan. Qichacha information shows that the company was established in 2012, with Tang Shujun as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: integrated circuit design; manufacturing of computer hardware and peripherals; manufacturing and sales of integrated circuit chips and products. According to its official website, HuaJin Semiconductor is a semiconductor packaging and testing company.
