Nauru President Adion and his delegation arrive in Guangzhou.

On February 8th, President Adion of Nauru led a delegation to Guangzhou, officially starting his Lunar New Year visit to Guangdong. Chinese Ambassador to Nauru Lu Jin, Ma Wenfeng, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province, and Nauru Ambassador to China Zitela Jeremia all welcomed him at the airport. This is President Adion's second visit to Guangdong in 7 months since his last trip to search for his roots. During this visit, President Adion will celebrate the Spring Festival with his relatives in his ancestral hometown of Jiangmen, Guangdong, visit Guangzhou and Foshan, meet with relevant provincial and municipal leaders, visit local companies, and discuss further deepening practical cooperation between Guangdong and Nauru.
