On February 8th, Cloud Road Co., Ltd. announced that the company has recently been informed that the relevant authorities have lifted the restrictive measures on the chairman and general manager, Li Xiaoyu. Currently, Li Xiaoyu is able to perform the duties of the company's legal representative, chairman, and general manager normally, and participate in the company's daily production and operation work. The vice chairman, Lei Rigan, will no longer act on behalf of the chairman, and the director and deputy general manager, Pang Jing, will no longer act on behalf of the legal representative and general manager.
