Shanghai strives to achieve an industrial robot application density of 600 units per ten thousand people during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period.

The Shanghai Municipal People's Government press conference was held on February 7. Tang Wenkan, director of the Shanghai Economic and Information Technology Commission, said that during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, Shanghai will have built 500 advanced smart factories, with an application density of 600 industrial robots per ten thousand people, and will create 200 green manufacturing enterprises at the city level or above. Aiming at new tracks such as smart terminals, commercial aerospace, and low-altitude economy, to create a trillion-level increase in industrial output.
