National Bureau of Statistics and other departments: Support data flow service institutions with conditions to make good use of policies of free trade zones and free trade ports for pilot implementation.

According to the National Bureau of Statistics on February 7th, the National Bureau of Statistics, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, the China Securities Regulatory Commission and other departments issued the "Opinions on Cultivating Data Circulation Service Institutions and Accelerating the Marketization and Value-added of Data Elements", proposing to enhance cross-border data service capabilities. Support for eligible data circulation service institutions to make good use of policies such as free trade experimental zones and free trade ports, explore new business models such as cross-border compliance consulting and data custody, and promote efficient, convenient, and secure cross-border data flow.
