Sun Ming resigned from the position of senior vice president.

Shan Da Di Wei announced on February 6th that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from the Senior Vice President, Sun Ming. Due to work adjustments, Sun Ming has applied to resign from the position of Senior Vice President of the company. After resigning, he will continue to serve as a Director representing the employees, Deputy Chairman of the Labor Union, and Director of the Information Center. The resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors.
