Conducting on-site inspections on first-time application companies is an important part of the IPO regulatory chain, as well as a crucial means to urge and guide issuers and intermediaries to strengthen their quality awareness, improve application quality, and promote the solid foundation of the capital market. In 2025, the China Securities Regulatory Commission will focus on the main tasks of risk prevention, strict supervision, and promoting high-quality development. In the on-site inspection work, they will adhere to their regulatory responsibilities, strictly control the entrance to the capital market, and adhere to the principle of importance to prevent simplification of inspection work and maintain a balance between investor protection and institutional inclusiveness. Throughout the year, they will complete inspections and handle issues for 16 randomly selected companies and 4 problem-oriented companies, including 8 main board companies, 9 sci-tech board companies, and 3 start-up board companies.
