Topcloud Agriculture: Shareholder Zhu Xuhua was taken regulatory talk measures by Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau.

Topyunong announced on February 6th that the company's shareholder Zhu Xuhua recently received a decision from the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau regarding the supervision talk measures taken against Zhu Xuhua. Zhu Xuhua, as a major shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, reduced his shareholding on December 24, 2025, and the same day the shareholding ratio reached a whole number of 1%. He did not disclose the shareholding changes in a timely manner, and did not disclose the relevant information until January 13, 2026. The Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take regulatory talk supervision measures against Zhu Xuhua and record it in the integrity file of the securities and futures market.
