Insiders say that this American funding may focus on relevant institutions in the UK, France, Germany, and Belgium. It has been reported that Sarah Rogers, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy, will lead this effort. Rogers visited Europe in December 2025, meeting with influential leaders of right-wing think tanks and also holding talks with key figures of the right-wing populist party Reform Party in the UK.
