Baiyun Airport: From January 2026, there will be growth in the number of landings, passengers and cargo throughput compared to the previous year.

According to the announcement by Baiyun Airport, starting from January 2026, the number of aircraft movements is 49,519, an increase of 3.58% compared to the same period last year; the passenger throughput is 7,493,811, an increase of 4.95% compared to the same period last year; and the cargo and mail throughput is 205,258.81 tons, an increase of 4.90% compared to the same period last year. In terms of routes, the international route aircraft movements, passenger throughput, and cargo and mail throughput increased by 14.05%, 19.74%, and 13.23% respectively year-on-year; the regional route aircraft movements and passenger throughput increased by 15.76% and 24.73% respectively year-on-year, while the cargo and mail throughput decreased by 2.03% year-on-year; the domestic route aircraft movements and passenger throughput increased by 0.70% and 1.12% respectively year-on-year, while the cargo and mail throughput decreased by 8.07% year-on-year.
