The application system will open at 10:00 on February 9th, and eligible car buyers can receive a maximum subsidy of 20,000 yuan. Under the "scrapping and renewal" category, this means scrapping an old car and buying a new one. Consumers purchasing new energy passenger cars can receive a subsidy of 12% of the new car's sales price, with a maximum subsidy of 20,000 yuan; those purchasing passenger cars with a displacement of 2.0 liters and below can receive a subsidy of 10% of the new car's sales price, with a maximum subsidy of 15,000 yuan.
