Mihoyo reports anti-corruption: 4 people sentenced for bribery, 24 companies blacklisted as suppliers.

On February 6th, miHoYo released an anti-corruption report. In order to further strengthen the internal control management system and warn all employees and partners, miHoYo continues to promote the special work against corruption. Cases that have been found and dealt with through internal investigations recently will be reported as follows: 1. Former member of the Supply and Service team Kang, former member of the Peripheral E-commerce Operations team Xu, and former member of the Supply and Service team Xue, used their positions to illegally demand commissions and kickbacks from partners in order to seek undue benefits. After court trial, the three individuals were convicted of bribery as non-state employees, with Kang sentenced to 1 year and 4 months in prison, while Xu and Xue were sentenced to 1 year and 3 months in prison. 2. Former member of the Peripheral Project Operations team Cao, during their tenure, used their position to seek undue benefits for multiple suppliers and accepted bribes. After court trial, Cao was convicted of bribery as a non-state employee and sentenced to 6 months in prison. 3. During their tenure in the Genshin Impact Product Marketing team, Zhang used their position to seek benefits for their company established outside the company, leading to serious conflict of interests. Their actions seriously violated the company's rules, and they have been dismissed and blacklisted by the "Sunshine Integrity Alliance" and "Enterprise Anti-Corruption Alliance" and will never be rehired. Currently, the company has transferred relevant information to the public security authorities for further investigation. For the suppliers involved in commercial bribery, benefit transfer, and conflicts of interest in the above cases, miHoYo has included them in the "Supplier Blacklist for Corruption" and will never cooperate with them. MiHoYo will strictly enforce this blacklist management system, continuously update its contents, and resolutely resist any behavior contrary to business integrity and fairness in order to legally uphold a healthy, transparent, and sustainable business ecosystem.
