Golden Rich Technology announced that the company plans to pay cash to acquire 51% equity of Foshan Zhuohui Metal Products Co., Ltd. and Foshan Lianyi Thermal Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with the expected transaction price not exceeding 714 million yuan. Zhuohui Metal's main products include liquid-cooled copper tubes and components, stainless steel tubes and components, corrugated tubes and components, aluminum tubes and components, and dividers, mainly used in liquid cooling systems. Lianyi Thermal Energy's main products include water-cooled head components, stainless steel dividers, stainless steel corrugated tubes, copper water-cooled plates, and memory module heat dissipation, mainly used in liquid cooling systems. The target companies have become the core suppliers to leading customers in the liquid cooling heat dissipation field.
