As the European Union Summit is about to convene, European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde has pledged to ensure that the heads of government of EU countries consider a series of measures aimed at enhancing the long-term resilience of the EU. "I will send it to the leaders of EU countries, the President of the European Commission, and the President of the European Council," Lagarde said in Frankfurt on Thursday. "This is a list that we believe is highly likely to promote economic growth, improve productivity, and truly unleash the potential of European talent."
