The Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued a notice on the declaration of the province's 2026 decentralized wind power and small ground photovoltaic projects. According to the document, small ground photovoltaic stations refer to photovoltaic power generation projects built using agricultural planting facilities, livestock and poultry breeding facilities, forestry planting and nurturing facilities, fishery breeding facilities, as well as ground photovoltaic stations built on idle land, pond water, barren mountains and slopes, oil and gas fields, abandoned mining areas, etc. The individual scale of each decentralized wind power and small ground photovoltaic station project does not exceed 50,000 kilowatts, and it is encouraged for new energy projects to configure new energy storage with a capacity of not less than 10% of the installed capacity and a duration of 2 hours.
