Palm Corporation announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Henan Zongjian, formed a consortium with Henan Yanduo Construction and won the bid for the high-standard farmland construction project in Suiyang District, Shangqiu City in 2025. The total investment of the project is approximately 228.89 million yuan, with Henan Zongjian's winning bid expected to be around 228 million yuan, accounting for 7.44% of the company's audited revenue in 2024. The construction task is 90,900 acres with a duration of 360 days. After signing the formal contract and implementation, it is expected to have a positive impact on the performance in 2026 and the future. However, as of the disclosure date of the announcement, the contract has not been signed, and there is some uncertainty.
