Russian oil discounts to India have been increased to over $10 per barrel.

According to traders involved in procurement, the price of Russia's flagship Urals crude oil is currently more than $10 per barrel lower than Brent crude, including shipping and other costs. According to market intelligence agency Argus, the current discount is about $11 per barrel, compared to $9.15 per barrel as of January 22nd.
