According to the Qichacha app, recently, Jingzhai Guoxuan Battery Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Meng Lingkui as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes: new material technology research and development; battery manufacturing; automobile parts and accessories manufacturing; battery sales; new energy vehicle sales; battery leasing, etc. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Guoxuan High-tech.
