"New archaeological discoveries in China in 2025 revealed"

On February 4th, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences released the "2025 New Achievements in Chinese Archaeology". Six projects were selected, including the Paleolithic site in Xingmiuzhuang, Yangyuan County, Hebei Province, the Paleolithic site in Peiligang, Xinzheng City, Henan Province, the Hongshan Culture site in Zhengjiagou, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, the Bronze Age site in Hustat, Wensu County, Xinjiang, the site of Langyatai in the Warring States period and the Qin and Han dynasties in Qingdao City, Shandong Province, and the tomb group from the Eastern Jin and Tang dynasties in Badamuk, Turpan City, Xinjiang.
