According to reports, the guide systematically reviews 189 preferential policies for the water-saving industry introduced by the national government, various provinces, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, covering seven categories including financial support, special policies, tax incentives, green financial services, water pricing policies, government procurement, and awards, and includes key water-saving areas such as agriculture, industry, urban water use, and unconventional water sources. At the same time, the guide clearly specifies the beneficiaries, main contents, and policy bases of each policy, providing precise policy inquiry and application guidance for water users, water-saving service companies, and related professionals, to support the high-quality development of the water-saving industry and facilitate the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development.
