The two parties have now negotiated changes to the contract, with the lease expiration date changing from September 13, 2041 to September 13, 2036, as well as adjustments to the rent and service fees. This matter falls within the approval authority of the General Manager's Office and does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring. It is estimated that the company's total profit in 2026 will increase by approximately 20.11 million yuan, mainly due to disposal income from the right of use assets.
