TAP Air Portugal announces the resumption of roundtrip flights to Venezuela.

Following the statements from Venezuela and the United States on the 29th that the US will resume commercial air travel with Venezuela, Portuguese airlines announced on the 30th that they will resume flights to and from Caracas by the end of March. On the same day, Chile's LATAM Airlines Colombia branch also stated that they are submitting their intention to resume operations to relevant authorities in Venezuela.
