Gaoxiang led a Chinese Communist Party delegation to Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan to promote the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CCP.
From January 27 to 31, Gao Xiang, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, led a delegation to visit Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, introducing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee to various sectors of the two countries. They held a plaque unveiling ceremony for the Xi Jinping Book House, and separately met with the Speaker of the Kyrgyz Parliament, Turonbek Kojorou, State Secretary Koichi Yev, Deputy Prime Minister Baysalov, and the First Vice-Chairman of the Uzbek Senate, Safayev, Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Hakimov, and the President's Strategic Development Adviser Umurzakov. Both countries highly praised the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and expressed their willingness to deepen exchanges in governance experience, strengthen development strategies alignment, and promote the construction of a community of shared future for mankind.
