Eastern Precise Machinery announced that on October 16, 2023, the company completed the acquisition of Albij S.r.L.'s 4.8% and 4% stakes in Fosber Asia. Eastern Precise Machinery now holds 100% equity in Fosber Asia, with a total subscribed and paid-in capital of 29.5819 million yuan. Fosber Asia is mainly engaged in the corrugated board industry, with manufacturing bases located in Foshan, Guangdong, and customers distributed in mainland China and other regions. The company has obtained various business-related certificates such as fixed pollution source discharge registration and high-tech enterprise certificates.
