Tianyancha's business risk information shows that recently, Guangzhou Dongjing Computer Technology Co., Ltd., a related company of UC Browser, was confiscated more than 210,000 yuan in illegal gains by the Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism, and Sports, and fined more than 1.05 million yuan. The reason for the penalty shows that the company disseminated its works to the public through the Internet without the permission of the copyright owner.
