Wang Hongbing, Xiang Jianhua, Liu Zhiwei, Liu Baojie, Liu Xing, Sun Wenkai, Li Shixin, Li Yanlai, Zhang Jian, Chen Qing, Zhao Hongwei, Jiang Yingwu, Guo Mingxing, Huang Shisong, Han Minfang, and Xiong Jinghua were elected as members of the Standing Committee of the Sixteenth Beijing Municipal People's Congress. Zhang Jian was appointed as the Director of the Supervision and Judiciary Committee of the Sixteenth Beijing Municipal People's Congress. Chen Qing was appointed as the Director of the Financial and Economic Committee of the Sixteenth Beijing Municipal People's Congress. Liu Baojie was appointed as the Director of the Nationality, Religion, Overseas Chinese Affairs and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Sixteenth Beijing Municipal People's Congress.
