Anhui Huamao announced that it recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Huamao Group, regarding a change in its equity structure. Prior to the change, Bengbu Yangguang Investment Co., Ltd. invested 37.2669 million yuan, accounting for 33% of the shares; Anqing Ruiyuan Equity Investment Center invested 8.646171 million yuan, accounting for 7.6562%. After the change, Bengbu Yangguang Investment withdrew, and Anqing Ruiyuan Equity Investment Center invested 45.913071 million yuan, accounting for 40.6562%. This change will not lead to a change in the actual controller of the company, which remains Anqing Municipal Finance Bureau. It also does not involve any changes in the company's equity, and will not have a significant impact on its operations.
