On January 26, a residential land in the Yanjiashan area of Licang District, Qingdao was put up for sale. The land area is 21,548.1 square meters, with a planned construction area of 43,096.2 square meters. The starting floor price is 10,230 yuan per square meter, equivalent to a starting price of 441 million yuan. The land was eventually won by Jinan Zhijin Real Estate Co., Ltd. at the base price, with a final transaction floor price of 10,230 yuan per square meter, equivalent to a final price of 441 million yuan.
