Sun Hung Kai has completed the settlement of the tender offer to purchase the 5% notes due in 2026.

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement shows that Sun Hung Kai Properties has completed the settlement of the tender offer for its 5.00% notes due in 2026. The company repurchased approximately USD 152 million of the above-mentioned notes on January 23rd.
