SanYang Ma announced that it has acquired 27.20% equity of Changjia Zongheng, a company in which it participated. The project was disclosed on the Chongqing United Equity Exchange from October 13, 2025 to November 7, and the company was confirmed as the acquirer after the listing period. On November 12, 2025, the company signed a Stock Transfer Agreement with an international logistics hub company for a transaction price of 6.3467 million RMB. Recently, the changes in shareholder information of Changjia Zongheng were approved by the Market Supervision Administration of Shapingba District, Chongqing. The company's investment in Changjia Zongheng has increased from 320,000 RMB to 5.76 million RMB, and its shareholding ratio has increased from 1.60% to 28.80%.
