Relevant personnel from the National Office of Water Conservation introduced that during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, they will focus on the high-quality development of water resources, adhere to the overall goal of ensuring water security in China, and implement water conservation institutional policies in detail. By 2030, the water conservation institutional policy system will be more perfect, the weaknesses in water conservation infrastructure will be basically addressed, the capacity for fine water management will be significantly improved, the efficiency and benefits of water resource utilization will be significantly increased, and water budget management will achieve full coverage.
