Hungarian Oil and Gas Company stated that they are currently in negotiations with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, a subsidiary of the UAE oil group, to allow the latter to become a minority shareholder in the Serbian Oil Company, while maintaining majority ownership and control of the Serbian Oil Company.
