Former Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Chongqing Power Company of State Grid Corporation, Zhou Xiong, is under disciplinary review and investigation.

According to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at State Grid Corporation of China and the Hubei Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Zhou Xiong, former Party Secretary and Chairman of State Grid Chongqing Power Company, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. He is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at State Grid Corporation of China and the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission of Enshi Prefecture, Hubei Province.
